We didn’t set out to start a store.

We just wanted Mum – Grace – to feel like herself again.

The pain in her feet was holding her back. Walks turned into excuses. Even a coffee catch-up became too much.

So we went looking for shoes that could help – without making her feel “old”.

And we found something better:
Shoes that gave her life back.

But we quickly realised... it’s not just about age.
Young women. Mums. Nurses. Retail workers.
Dancers with past injuries. Gym-goers with flat feet. Women who’ve had enough of “beauty is pain.”

So many of us live with foot and body aches. We push through. We think it’s normal.
But it doesn’t have to be.

You don’t need to “put up with it.”

We started MOVA Sydney to help all women feel good in their own shoes.
Every pair in our collection is carefully chosen – for comfort, style, and support.

We wear them ourselves. Our friends do too.
And our customers?
They tell us they feel the difference – at work, on walks, at weddings, on holidays.

Life gets better when your feet don’t hurt.

But now, with heavy hearts, we’re closing this chapter.

As a small, family-run boutique, we’ve done everything we could to keep MOVA going. But with the rising cost of living across Australia, continuing has simply become more than we can carry. It’s a decision we’ve wrestled with – and one that truly breaks our hearts.

Still, we don’t want to walk away without saying thank you.
To every woman who ordered from us.
Who wrote us kind messages.
Who shared our story with a friend.
