Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with the items. Please note that all sale items are final and cannot be returned. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The order must include all original parts, components, and packaging in the same condition as received.

The product must show only normal handling, with no signs of careless use or damage.

Items subject to hygiene considerations must be thoroughly cleaned before returning.

The product must be found defective immediately upon receipt.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns will be processed within 7 business days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within that period.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged due to reasons not caused by us.
How to Return Your Order
If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps:

Include the following information in your email:
• Order number
• Reason for return
• Photo of the product (if damaged or defective)
• First and last name
• Customer address
We will then provide you with the correct return address. Please do not send the return to the original sender address. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right of withdrawal under the following conditions if they are natural persons entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are not primarily related to their commercial or professional activity.
Cancellation Conditions
Right of cancellation:
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you or a third party appointed by you (other than the carrier) received the goods.
Please note: as we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after being placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process once it has started. Refunds are only possible once the goods have been received back.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send a clear written request by email to info@mova-sydney.com. The withdrawal is valid only once the goods have been returned. The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer.
Shipments in Transit
Our products are shipped directly from Asia, and transit times may vary or be longer than expected. If the goods are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait for the goods to arrive and then return them to us. You may inform us in advance that you wish to return them.
For faster processing, we recommend providing us with a shipping confirmation once your return has been sent.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs and any additional costs from selecting a non-standard shipping option. Refunds will be made no later than 14 days after we have received both your return and the goods.
We will use the same payment method as your original transaction unless otherwise agreed. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.
All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
